Actively working in the televison industry for over 40 years, George Bolden began his career as an On-Line Editor in Baltimore television crafting television shows, commercials, movie promotions, and educational programs for local and national outlets. His passion for creating better productions for his clients later lead him back to his beginnings as a photographer. Mentored by Cinematographers from the American Society of Cinematographers (ASC), George's eye for excellence has been honed through the minds and eyes of the best of the best Directors of Photography (DoP) from Hollywood to not only be the best behind the camera while lensing an image but to also bring the best eyes to the colorist suite.
Once he was exposed to the thought processes of Hollywood DoPs, George realized that color grading was just an extension of the DoP process. Understanding the original vision of the DoP to bring to the audience that realization of what was meant to be. Having the tools to retouch a lighting design and finely crafting an image to its full design, are the keys to bringing the audience the visual emotion that also tells its own supporting story.
